On Tuesday, May 14th, Gothic Funk Press and the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library celebrated the launch of [INSERT TITLE HERE], the 2023-2024 Teen Writers Anthology.
The anthology is the annual culmination of the Teen Writers Workshop giving students a publication credit and a memento of their hard work. The anthology is also archived at the library.
The Teen Writers Workshop, administered by the library and Gothic Funk Press, is a safe and welcoming space for writers ages 13-18 to share their work and receive constructive feedback from their peers. It is facilitated by Press director Connor Coyne, and meets every other week from September to May. Details are available from the Flint Public Library at 810.232.7111.
